Went to look at an apartment and the guy in the office was unprofessional and extremely rude and incompetent. Plus people all around outside and in the courtyard blatantly doing drugs.
Julian does a good job keeping up the grounds and making sure things are repaired. Onsite laundry and gated parking for added security. Nice little apartments in a covenant location.
Julian works hard to maintain the property and I see maintenance working on things all the time. The property has a gate and is very secure. Management treats everyone equally and fairly.
I lived at French Quarter Apartments for the past year, and I want to recommend it to anyone considering moving in. The building itself is kept in good shape, and the management—especially Julian—is incredibly helpful and attentive. He genuinely cares about the tenants and consistently works to keep the property safe and comfortable.
