Hola buenos días quisiera dar mi opinión al respecto de estos apartamentos pues estoy muy molesta con la atención que nos fue brindada. En septiembre del 2024 mi hermano Rogelio Ibanez estaba interesado rn rentar unos de esos aptos y rl señor Julian le pidió un money orden de 310 dolares y que el apto estaría disponible para Octubre en ese plazo de tiempo mi hermano fue ingresado y no pudo hacer uso del apto. Went to look at an apartment and the guy in the office was unprofessional and extremely rude and incompetent. Plus people all around outside and in the courtyard blatantly doing drugs.
Julian does a good job keeping up the grounds and making sure things are repaired. Onsite laundry and gated parking for added security. Nice little apartments in a covenant location.
