I stumbled across this beautiful store whilst visiting Melbourne, after enquiring about a very unique ring, the staff were incredibly professional and considerate. I was pleased to be greeted by a very humble staff who gave us details and advice without an ounce of judgement. A must see while in Melbourne as the jewellery is completely unique! Beautiful jeweller with unique pieces and great service!
I rarely leave bad reviews and try to look for a positive but after my experience today, I can’t leave a good review. I was looking for something specific and wandered to The French Jewel Box only to be insulted by one of the staff.Very rude to judge a book by its cover! You have no idea of a person’s financial position and to imply that a potential customer may not have the funds to grace your store is very insulting. I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed. Won’t be back and won’t recommend.
Absolutely beautiful store and lovely staff. I bought a necklace from here a few years ago and it is exquisite. I love the window display as well - it’s like looking at a museum because it’s so beautiful.
