I am sharing this experience to raise awareness. One of our models visited The French Door and developed a severe nail infection shortly afterward, which caused significant pain and loss of modeling contracts. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly, an agreement has not been made with the salon. We hope this encourages others to prioritize hygiene when choosing a salon and ensures businesses take responsibility for their services.Â
They didn't finish my nails. They took the dip off, and they ran out of time, so I had to cut my nails short and put a nail hardener on. Never again will I get my nails done there.Â
The young woman who cut my hair cut the under part of my hair on the back of my head EXTREMELY short. it's 2 inches "long" and the top part of my hair is 3 times as long as the under part. It's like a reverse mullet. The worst haircut I've ever had. I will never come back to this place again. I don't even want a refund. I was also told the cut included a shampoo, i did not receive a shampoo. Thank you for the horrible haircut.
