Incredibly nice and attentive staff.
I had moved up my appt time and Krystle was very welcoming to accommodate me. She did complete her work with another person(s) and I did not mind a few minutes waiting. She was friendly, informative and so easy to work with. It was a very pleasant and positive experience.

This building is located in a great area in Midtown. It’s a few minutes away from parks, coffee shops, bars, the ice blocks, grocery stores, and restaurants. We loved living there and were so sad to move. Also, the Apartment Manager and Maintenance Specialist were amazing. They both were always so friendly and helpful, making our experience living in the building even better. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking to move to Midtown.
