Make sure you ask if a unit is available to ACTUALLY tour before you schedule a tour. They scheduled my appointment and changed it day of, mildly annoying and should have been my first sign that it wasn’t worth exploring. They could have used that time to also explain that there were no units available to tour AT ALL. From what I saw of the property in my walk through of the property it is somewhat dated and dirty hallway carpets. I can’t speak on the apartments at all obviously. Khalil and Krystal do such a great job at taking care of things. My toilet and shower drain issues were remedied within 24 hours of my request!
Highly recommend living at The Fremont Building. My wife and I lived there for three years and couldn't have asked for more. It could be the only place I have ever lived where I could say "the walls are thick." There is a small gym and bicycle storage on the second floor too. My husband and I have lived at the Fremont Building for ~3 years and have had the best experience! I always feel like safety and customer service are such a priority, plus things are always clean and typical housing issues are handled quickly. We love our community manager, Trina! She genuinely cares about the residents, which really shows and is so appreciated. If you're looking for somewhere to rent in Midtown Sacramento - I can't recommend the Fremont Building enough!
