I have been having delivery problems with my paper for over the past year which I have documented in emails. The answer is always the same we are sorry we will credit your account. Tried to figure out how to renew my subscription online. They make it very hard. I'm fairly computer savvy. Went to the page indicated on my bill. That takes me to their online page with options for my online preferences. Spent 15 mins or so. So, I figured I'd call. I absolutely LOVE being woke up between 4 and 5 in the morning by our awesome newspaper delivery boy/girl who lacks respect for anyone who is asleep during those hours. Mind sharing their phone number with me so I may send them some suggestions on music we would like to wake up to since they insist on rattling our windows before our rooster is even awake.
