Mark Lawson was a great sales person. But I needed information about my warranty, because I bought a Chevy from a Ford dealer, in a timely manner. I called several times, left multiple messages and it to them almost a week to get back to me. Days after my claim was denied. I wouldn’t recommend them to a friend.
Wonderful group to work with. Hanna, Chris, and Ken were top-notch. I came to them with a difficult situation and they came through and worked me in. Can't recommend them enough!
I have been having a terrible experience with Hagerstown ford and getting nothing but terrible service and the run around. I called and spoke with Ken at Frederick and he scheduled me an appt for my recall and helped me get in touch with the right people to handle the issues at the other place. Ken really helped me and validated the poor service I was getting. He called me back even though they are very busy to check on the status of my vehicle.
