The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Hemant really made the whole process smooth and welcoming, definitely made my decision to move forward a lot quicker than expected. The apartments themselves look amazing and modern. You can tell they really care about maintaining the property. On top of that, the location is perfect. Convenient to everything and right by the Golden 1 Center. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience in mid-town Sacramento.
Made an online appointment got multiple reminders , showed up on time and in fact, 10 minutes early …. one was at the leasing office to escort me; I couldn’t even get into the building. Called them, messaged them. Nothing. No one bothered Good luck. You’ll just be chatting with automated bots, but no human in the loop
My experience at the Fredrick has been smooth, consistent, and positive from the time I came to view the property to the time I moved in. Hemant was gracious enough to show me my unit even though I arrived one hour early. Additionally, Hemant did a great job in expediting my application and guiding me through the process. Stepping into The Frederic is like entering a luxe hotel. It's clean, smells amazing, and it's elegant and sophisticated. Right when I walked in, I knew I had to live here. I love the urban living--being on the 7th floor is like living in Manhattan. Heymat showed me around, was really helpful with the application process, very attentive with communication and he continues to be a solution provider now that I've moved in. Just wish they had more free coffee! :)
I’ve been living in this apartment complex for about a year and have had a great experience. The property is well maintained and the management team does a good job keeping things running smoothly. Sergio from maintenance is very helpful, professional, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention.
