Definitely would not recommend this doctor. Overcharged multiple times, addressed the issue multiple times but never received an answer. Will address issue with the insurance and medical board. Please do your research we weren’t the first to have this issue

I saw this doctor in September. Paid the day I saw him....had to tap my card in his personal phone (very unprofessional.) Now I'm getting harassed about a $25 bill that was paid. I've provided bank proof it was paid but I'm still getting texts, emails and mail collections. We've contacted their office numerous times to no avail. After reading other reviews, I see this doctor has a history of over changing insurance and charging for procedures that weren't done. My husband was seen here in Dec. We were told that we had to pay $593 after the visit and that when the EOB came in, we would be refunded for the excess we paid. We owed $106 on the EOB, meaning we overpaid by almost $500. It’s been a complete hassle trying to reach the office for answers. I received a text from the office on 12/11 saying they would get the EOB to billing for our refund. It’s now been over 30 days and nothing. Great Doctor! Best bedside manner I’ve seen in a long time. He really cares about whole health and didn’t rush into surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Frazier and the whole staff! Thank you Amber and Dr. Frazier so much!!
