Living at the Frasier is incredible, and the location is hard to beat. One of my favorite things is being able to walk (or scoot) around for errands, hop on the trail near the river, or get into Old Town and DC without feeling like I’m in the middle of the chaos. I have lived at the Frasier for almost a year. The apartments are in a great location close to Del Ray, Old Town, Giant grocery, a shopping plaza, and the metro. The neighborhood and apartment are super pet friendly and my dog and I felt welcome and at home right away. The Assistant Property Manager, Jazmine Sandoval, made the move-in process seamless and has been absolutely amazing since. Great location and beautiful apartment community. Leasing agent was nice but didn’t care to show us the parking garage when we expressed we wanted to see the facilities. She said that if we went that way we wouldn’t be able to come back inside …. (You can go with us and show us and open the door for us) only 4-5 ev charging spaces (4-5 cars) I got this info online doing research because she never showed us
Living at the Frasier was the most positive experience I’ve had at an apartment building after living in the DMV most of my life. The community is clean and well-maintained. All the interactions I’ve had with staff have been pleasant and at multiple points did they go above and beyond what was asked to help me. Jazmine in the front office was especially helpful. I highly recommend the Frasier.
