Jorje is very responsive and attentive to resident maintenance issues
The amenities are very nice. There were cute surprises all around my apartment when I moved in. Update: Since the change in staff the leasing office can be unresponsive. The waterfall wall has been broken for a year and has turned a strange green color.
This place it’s discriminative and racist. My sister and husband are relocating from abroad and they did not let them have a tour in the building because they had international IDs, they both are diplomatic and legal to come to the USA. Absolutely rude and ridiculous of them. You should definitely live here if you are a classist, racist and discriminatory person.
Living at the Frasier is incredible, and the location is hard to beat. One of my favorite things is being able to walk (or scoot) around for errands, hop on the trail near the river, or get into Old Town and DC without feeling like I’m in the middle of the chaos.
