We worked with Jenny Offenhauser, as a first time home buyers we were lost in this process, but she made sure we understood every single step. Jenny was incredible, she always went above and beyond, and she was available 24/7, she was a great negotiator and kept on top of all deadlines and made this stress free for us. Im extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and attention to detail from an individual by the name Brandon Hutnek: I had called the Franklin Team inquiring for a visit to discuss the selling of my property in Houston.
