The property in Marietta GA is horrific. I habe had leaks and small floods in my apartment for over 2 years. There is currently water pouring from my bathroom ceiling... anybody know a good lawyer??
The Franklin Johnston Group manages my apartment complex Preston Trails and they are the absolute worse! We have been having issues with the water and sewage backups for over a month. The company sends out an email in the middle of the day saying “the water will be turned off on the property with no ETA of when it will be back on”. In my only bathroom the toilet is gurgling and overflowing on its own and the tub has filled with sewage. This is ridiculous! I have pictures and video for anyone that wants to see it. Their Company Has Assume Our Rental Property At Cypress Grove In Lauderhill, Fl And We Just Received Noitce That Rent Will Increased July 1 Before Most Of Our Lease's Are Expired; I Goggle It And This Is Unlawful To Raise Tentnant Rent Before Their Lease Expired.
I wish they had a negative number. This is the worst run company I have seen. Hunters Glen is now Waters Edge. This group took over. They staff is very unprofessional. They play on there phones. The lie about calling you back. If you need repairs learn to do them your self. I needed a closet shelf fixed. A month and half later it is fixed. Do not move in to and Apartment with this company as the owner. Run away if you see this name on anything or anywhere.
