Hire appropriate managers, rather than one who is disrespectful and down right mean.

The Regency in Manassas is poorly managed, they retaliate when complaints are filed. Towing our car, entering our residence without authorization. Supervisor threatening me. Health and Safety issues ignored. Avoid this property I will post pictures of the continual trash issues.

On August 2 (Friday) I notified management in my apartment complex at Trolly Commons in Richmond VA that the AC was not working. I was told that FJG doesn’t have a maintenance crew for this apartment and that they would contact an third party provider. I told them that the AC had been out every 5-6 days for the past month and it needed repairs. Later Friday I was advised it would be Saturday before someone could come out. It was 81 in the apartment Friday. Saturday I was told it would be Monday before they could service it. ... read more

Its the end of day 4 of calling & leaving voicemails and still have yet to recieve a call from the regional director.. Doesn't seem to me like residents matter.

The could improve by not evicting a resident (Nearly 15 Years) because their guest emails/calls and complains about how selective they are with marking and towing cars. Literally called and emailed one morning about my car and by that same afternoon they posted a 21/30 eviction notice on the residents door of that whose guest had called/emailed a complaint. If that isn't retaliation I don't know what is.

Maintenance at Southern Pine Apartment Homes in Virginia Beach, VA goes above and beyond to ensure a happy customer. Willie and Jordan are really professional and timely. I have nothing but nice words for them.
