This group of people are buying apartment complex of the middle class working people and jacking up the prices. Shadow Palms recently was bought my rent went up $250 with a notice of exactly 30 days. No time to look elsewhere forsing people to sing a 3 month lease and now looks like they want to charge for water and trash.

The management at the Las Santana's in Phoenix as is rude and disrespectful to the tenants and threatened to call the cops because I received a text stating I was 150 late on my rent even though I pay my rent on time every month she stated that the utilities was paid out of the management's payment portal which my rent is paid through she tells me that the utilities get there money first and everything after that is applied to the rent an when I asked to see it in writing that's when she went mad yelling and shouting and poi... read more

These people are willing to let people sit without a/c in Phoenix for 13 days. They do not care about residents at all. Treat people like ****. Refuse to do anything about it, and just stall every month. Worst company ever and are in violation of Arizona tenant agreement act daily.

I live in an apartment complex in Tucson owned by this company. The company has never responded to my e-mails, snail mails, or phone calls. The number listed doesn't even have an answering machine. The manager refuses the fix the mailbox, and I have not received mail in over a month. The manager has also threatened to fine schoolkids for drawing with chalk on the sidewalk. I filled out an application on a Sunday and put a holding deposit of $100 down. On Monday, I decided not to rent from them, so i called and left a message to that effect, as no one answered the phone. I also sent a message through their website, as there were no other options. I then proceeded to call andsend messages for the next week, with no response, and no refund.
