This place has tried to over charge me for my water bill and still my deposit this company has tried to charge for painting fee that the apartment didnt have when we first moved in and no heat bad air the health department was called and they have been listed on public records ************ also tried to charge me for a cleaning fee during move out but the apartment was clean Also I had to get TEP to give a new fridge days after moving in because of the filth *********** has tried to charge me late fees and I turned my keys i... read more
This company has violated numerous CA laws. I was a tenant at ****************************************************** from April through May 21, 2024. Here is what I had to endure....1. Only scalding hot water to shower with for 3 weeks.2. No GFI in kitchen so the refrigerator was in the living room with an extension cord.3. No light in stairwell.4. No AC in bedroom.5. DON'T RENT HERE! If I could leave NEGATIVE stars, I would. You have to give 1 in order to leave a review. Believe EVERYTHING you read from previous years on every site! Such a rip off, monthly, when everything is broken & they don't fix it. Every 2 days water is shut off, a/c leaks, water damage is so bad the walls are caving in & you can smell the mold before you see it. The carpets are ruined & reek of mildew. They don't fix anything had no ac or heater for two years now my neighbors tell me they pay there rent late by days and don't get charged late fees we pay on the semiconductor and get a $50 late fee
Violation of Arizona tenant agreement act - without conscience. this particular business need to be check, there is a lot of irregularities and human lives are on risk.
I would give this property 0 stars if I could. This place has false advertising. They make it seem so good and they say theyre drug-free when that is not the case. They have a bunch of people coming to the apartments that do not live here coming at all hours of the day. People who are on drugs and sit outside partying until 3am daily. This company is a joke i been calling get help wit a mintances problem i been going thru almost 5 months still havent been fixed the people there dnt speak English and very rude puls they give u this boughs email too a so called manager but its all fake very very bad company i would never recommend them and not Customer skill everybody needs get re trained
