I moved in 4 months ago...cockroach infested, mold and moisture in walls that's been there for sometime, refrigerator leaks water 24/7. Property manager refuses to purchase a new refrigerator....all for 3500.00 a month..don't bother moving here. Sept15,2025. Since my review, no- more cockroaches have been apparent. September 25,25..... I spoke too soon roaches are back.They must have heard me leave this review.The very last picture is the latest extra guest.I have in my thirty seven hundred dollar a month apartment Sept 30th... read more
We had a confirmed appointment and drove a long distance early in the morning. When we arrived, they simply said there were no available units and refused to explain anything properly. Extremely unprofessional and careless. If there is no availability, do not schedule appointments and waste people’s time. Be very cautious dealing with this leasing office.

We have been living here with our 4 year old and a dog for little over 6 months and we really enjoyed living here. All units are remodeled with open layout and functional floor plans. Safety: It’s a quiet and gated community. Almarida drive has very low traffic and is great for walking along. Neighbors are warm and friendly. There have been no noise issues on weekend or nights.
