I moved in 4 months ago...cockroach infested, mold and moisture in walls that's been there for sometime, refrigerator leaks water 24/7. Property manager refuses to purchase a new refrigerator....all for 3500.00 a month..don't bother moving here. Sept15,2025. Since my review, no- more cockroaches have been apparent.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with an apartment complex. My girlfriend lived here and her entire experience was miserable. At one point they needed to do MASSIVE repairs to her apartment and did it while claiming she could live there. There was massive termite and water damage and they had two large dehumidifiers running day and night for weeks. I’ve lived at the Franciscan for a little over 2 months, which is why I’m being cautious and giving 4 instead of 5 stars. So far, so good! I love having the large heated pool, the gym room, and the option for composting. The management staff is friendly and very good about relaying information, which I really appreciate. Maintenance staff is also friendly, considerate, and quick to address issues! I’m truly enjoying my new home!
Love dogs? Great, because this place is basically an open-air museum of Eau de Wet Labrador. Step outside and you’ll be greeted with that signature “dog-scented breeze” the complex seems so proud of. It’s like they bottled it and piped it through the landscaping. Bonus points for the occasional surprise on the sidewalk — really keeps you on your toes.
Moved in November 2024, and honestly this complex has been amazing. I've lived in so many complexes and the maintenance staff here is the best I've ever encountered: friendly, helpful, and service requests are typically handled same day. The complex itself and neighbors are quiet. Location is fantastic, with close access to highways and walking distance to Downtown Campbell.
