I ordered the brisket sandwich because I didn't want to eat a big lunch because we were on my Harley and had a long ride ahead of us. Well it was a great sandwich and we left full as a tick. The brisket was very good and don't forget about the fried chicken liver!!!!!

Just a yankee in town for a short time and looking for some good BBQ. I was referred to The Francis Smokehouse by another out of town friend that eats here whenever he is in town. I first time I had the combo plate and chose pulled pick and brisket and corn casserole as my side. O....M....G! Soooo GOOD!!! I love the BBQ sauce and the meat was very tender and flavorful. Fantastic southern food for a good price. They have a great selection of meats and sides. We had brisket, half a chicken, beans, boudin balls, and my favorite corn casserole.
