PHILIPPINo nurse was awfully cold and threatening
Dr. Blumenkrans is always amazing, kind, and attentive. Unfortunately, there is a specific lady at the front desk who should not be working in customer service. She is always rude, impatient, and never helps when we need it.
Staff are nice and clearly trying but both locations are severely understaffed. I missed a phone call last week and no one is available for over a month to connect.
Dr Patricia Smith is an incredible doctor. Empathetic, patient, and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for a better family doctor.
