My father was a resident there and it was the most horrible experience ever!!!!!!!!!!! Bottom line he fell in shower, which he shouldn’t have been in to begin with, put back in bed, left until morning, keep in mind my mother was never notified UNTIL the ambulance had to be called in he next morning and he was transported to hospital and found to have a broken hip!!! RecommendedI’m a new employee who came here PRN originally because I work full time elsewhere... After my first week I wanted full time here because I loved the facility, staff, & residents from day one! It’s a very positive environment where the staff truly care about the residents and it shows. As someone who truly loves and cares about the elderly, this facility is a place I recommend for anyone’s loved ones.
The staff in memory care have just been terrific! They are competent, loving, kind, patient! My mom receives loving care from them. Can't imagine a better place for Mom.

One feels embraced by the warmth and spirituality that is evident here at The Fountains of Hope. Upon research best medical license from State of Florida for continuing care. Friendly staff available to residents at all times.
