This is the worst company ever to get tie into. They will not answer your phone & the property managers are the worst as well!!! STAY AWAY
I lived in one of the location at **** s ***** rd Katy Tx XXXXX. This company refuses to return my deposit since 2013 . Tried leaving messages , every time I call they transferred me to a voicemail . After several messages since 09/2013 they are refusing to talk to me or returned my deposit.
The ****** and JRK's staff have continually flagged my reviews (on Yelp and Google) and photos alleging they are not photos of their property and claiming I never lived there. They have succeeded momentarily, but all the photos are back! Also, if you hop over to Yelp, you can link to the YouTube tour of The ****** as well as a Google Photo Album with 350+ photos taken over a three year period. JRK/The Retreat at MESA hills at El paso. Appartment's complex, offer several amenities, like a club house, swimming pool and gym. All three are closed. Resident cannot use the swimming pools. It's been several weeks now. I called the main office and Corporative at LA. Both told me that swimming pool, club house and gym will stay closed, until city inspection is done, I find this unacceptable.
Worst company ever. Why do they even have a corporate office? The phone is never answered, or it's so busy with so many complaints. Waiting over two months for a refund, and can't talk to anyone. Rich California people cashing a check, but can't write one.
This company has a "tenant relations" line whose voicemail is always full. Other means of trying to communicate haven't been fruitful. All of this is in regards to their residential property The Arbors at California Oaks. I moved out on good terms in July of 2016 and after repeated contact have yet to receive my deposit and have received unwarranted calls from collections.
