The Fountains Apartments are clean outside and inside. The on site property manager and property maintenance are there keeping my unit perfect for me . Best rental I’ve ever had in Tucson .
(PLEASE READ) The entire time I lived here I had at most 5 minutes of hot water the sink was plugged the entire time aswell as leaking, put out multiple requests to have it fixed but every single time they chose to half ass it or not do anything about it the thermostat for the hot water was completely toast the plumber told me himself that it needed to be replaced but when the landlord Cecilia sent the maintenance guy they didn’t even bother replacing it instead just messed with it which did absolutely nothing my car got bro... read more
if you're thinking this is your only option i promise you it is not and if you decide to pull the trigger and move here you will regret it the entire time you live here please stray away
I stayed at The Fountains for nearly 2 years. I never had any issues, I don’t know why people are posting “harassment” issues when Cecilia has been very professional and pleasant with me. She was very prompt in aiding with maintenance issues, of which there were few while I was staying there.
