1 word.. MOLD! My previous review was removed-- I no longer rent, but this apartment was honestly the worst, I wouldn't even wish my worst enemy to live here it was that disgusting!! I really hope this place gets shut down. I paid out of pocket for a state certificated mold inspector-- showed management the positive results for toxic mold and they still denied it and did nothing about it. If you're living there do some research get out or do not re-lease-- and those looking GO ELSEWHERE DO NOT LEASE HERE
Place isnt terrible but needs improvement. it is usually quiet. biggest Issues I have is no warning is given when vacant apartments nearby are being clean so the fumes from the chemicals they use waft through the building and gave me a headache. My neighbor said when it happened in their building it made them and their dog sick. I had quite a few complaints especially with communication in the past, but the new management has been great about that and is very helpful.
