I worked with the Foundry over the course of several months to perfect my embroidered patch and t-shirt designs. I was very happy with how they came out, especially the patches. I rarely write reviews, but this was a shockingly unprofessional experience and I would strongly recommend finding any other printer in Seattle for your project. Forrest, the owner, totally failed to get my order done in time because one of his employees didn't show up, and then kept pushing back the time that the shirts would be completed. When I arrived after he said they would be ready, nothing had been boxed up and I had to help him do it myself. We are very pleased with both the end product and the experience of working with The Foundry. The Foundry team was excellent -- responsive, knowledgeable, and really cared about what we were trying to accomplish with the project we had for them. They took the time to teach us about the embroidery production process which helped us make decisions and understand their procedures. We will definitely use them again and can confidently recommend them to others.
I highly recommend the Foundry for any of your custom apparel needs. We are a new business and their advice was invaluable. The t-shirts and hats we purchased have been flying off the shelves. They advised us to change some things we originally ordered resulting in way better looking shirts and hats. The order arrived earlier than expected. These guys are professional and know their business. You can't go wrong working with them, you'll be glad you did.
