The brussell sprouts are to die for, the dinner was spectacular & love the atmosphere! One of our favorite romantic spots to go to!
Even with the aid of a GPS device the location of The Foundry isn't obvious but keep looking because it's worth it. Set in a reclaimed mill the ambiance is comfortable and inviting. I didn't mind the 30 minute wait because of the spacious and comfortable waiting area. There is a large bar to wait in if preferred. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Tuna appetizer had a very fishy taste(old). Country fried chicken...breading fell off, all thigh meat, biscuit had been over worked(tough, not flakey) gravy needed more seasoning. Drinks were good.
Fantastic cocktails and a wonderful and unique collection of antique spirits, such as Sazerac Rye. Great atmosphere and bartenders. You won't be disappointed.
