Updated: GM of hotel reached out and I appreciated our conversation and his commitment. Expected a little better from a Curio Collection. Valet took nearly 30 minutes to delivery vehicle. There was a line of people waiting for their vehicles to leave Saturday morning (3/15), but was being held up by the marathon downtown. Stayed here to visit Biltmore Estate. Only knock is there is no dinner restaurant available.
Beautiful room, great local soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion! Staff was very friendly and informative, located right downtown so you can walk wherever you go.
Beautiful hotel and the location was perfect! Love that it’s also dog friendly. We will definitely be back!
