The Foundry is a great place to live. The location is perfect. It's close to downtown without a ton of traffic. What impresses me most about The Foundry is how well maintained it is and the great customer service. I have only had one maintenence issue and they responded and solved my issue very quickly. Maggie, Penny, and Tamara are so welcoming and helpful. The residents here are super friendly. I enjoy our resident events. My favorite one that we did recently was a dirty soda bar in the clubhouse! I just toured The Foundry this weekend, and it didn’t take long to realize it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. From the moment I walked in, Maggie was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the experience feel easy and informative. The location really stood out to me because of it's proximity to downtown with restaurants, parks, shopping, and entertainment all nearby. I toured The Foundry last week and as much as I loved the layout of one of the two bedrooms , all of the doors down the halls are severely scratched and paint is peeling off. One of the doors to the show room , the door handle looks like it maybe just got repaired but not painted around. When I toured an apartment previously moved in , The tour guide told me if the previous loofa holder or shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower , they wouldn’t remove it , but instead call it a “renovation.” which is disgusting.
