This is the worst place I have ever lived. I am a single person living alone in a 700 square foot apartment. I am almost never home and my thermostat stays at 68 degrees. The utility costs are often OUTRAGEOUS especially in the winter months. My electric bill was $450 this month alone. When I moved in, I was quoted significantly less for utilities. As of January 14, 2025, another resident at The Sage informed me that a few cars—including his—were broken into on the property. There has been no email or announcement to residents. You can see more of my complaints on The Sage if you go there. It’s impressive that a company like Thrive, which has no problem extracting millions of dollars from its residents from all their properties across Columbus, somehow cannot afford basic security. They have done the absolute bare minimum by “fixing” the package room lock, while conven... read more

I have never left a review on something in my life… I regret signing this lease so munch. Do not live in a thrive community & do not live in Jeffrey park.
