Updated Review: If you're considering moving to The Patent, don’t—especially if you value having access to a pool. I moved here from The Sage specifically because I was told the pool at The Patent was exclusive to residents here. That turned out to be false. Now, not only do Sage residents have access to our one small pool, they bring large groups and take over the space completely—just like they did at The Sage. I don't think I've ever left a review for anything, but if you're thinking about leasing here, don't waste your time. They are very unorganized and I could only imagine understaffed. The only person I was able to get into contact with for any of these buildings was someone named Isaiah who unfortunately was not helpful and frankly seemed uninterested in doing his job as he was not quick to respond to emails if at all (still haven't heard back.) Moved into foundry at the beginning of August. Truly a good place to live at first. Staff seemed nice, property was good overall. On the first cold night of October I noticed our windows started condensating way more than anything I’ve ever seen before. I called maintenance and no one came for a few weeks, despite the confirmation email stating they’d be at our place in 24-48 hours. One weekend, when I was out of town, I got a call from a maintenance man in my apartment. He stated the windows need repaired from the outside. ... read more

I live here and it’s okay except for the GUARANTEE that about one in every three to four packages I get will disappear. I don’t know what it is about this complex but I’ve never had this issue once anywhere else and here it is literally just something I assume
