Moved into foundry at the beginning of August. Truly a good place to live at first. Staff seemed nice, property was good overall. On the first cold night of October I noticed our windows started condensating way more than anything I’ve ever seen before. I called maintenance and no one came for a few weeks, despite the confirmation email stating they’d be at our place in 24-48 hours. I live here and it’s okay except for the GUARANTEE that about one in every three to four packages I get will disappear. I don’t know what it is about this complex but I’ve never had this issue once anywhere else and here it is literally just something I assume
Living at Jeffery Park apartments is an experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The pervasive crime and vandalism make it an unsafe environment to reside in. From petty theft to more serious offenses, residents constantly feel on edge, unable to fully relax in their own homes. Moreover, the additional costs incurred after moving in add insult to injury. I lived in the foundry for a year at Jeffrey Park and I can say the price is not worth it. 1. Parking is a scam! They basically trap you by saying there is free street parking. But when you spend countless days and nights searching for parking in the entire neighborhood, there is no parking! It was such a stressful time. Then they love to give out tickets. Be prepared to pay hundreds in tickets! They even moved the signs once to decrease the available street parking and i literally saw so many people with tickets who used to... read more
