The food is incredible! Knowing that my food is primarily local, sustainably sourced, grass fed, and coming from happy farmers/happy animals allows me to consume in good conscience. The attention to detail in the food is mirrored with the attention to detail of the guest experience. The staff was wholeheartedly welcoming, genuine, and educated on their menus. Visited on invitation to a surprise proposal. The experience felt like a hidden gem / James Bond vibe to it with the valet parking - private room - front desk operator who locks in the elevator to send you up to the restaurant which has soft lighting in all table areas, a bar, the chefs den, and a view of downtown Hartford and great background music. Beautiful interior and love the usage of space with their layout. Service was incredible, food was amazing from start to finish. The wine connoisseur was our favorite!
