When I moved in I was paying $1,550 for a nice one bedroom and the front office was always staffed with an awesome person whom had been here for awhile… But after the first year they jumped my rent to over $1,700. I lived in a 1 bed / 1.5 bath here for about 4.5 years and had a really great experience. The management is stellar, and maintenance is always prompt and efficient! The apartment itself is super spacious. There’s also a bike path right behind the building, which is a nice bonus. The area is quiet, but you don’t feel isolated because there’s still activity from the nearby mall. Overall, I had a wonderful time living here!
I moved from out of state and this has been the perfect choice. The property manager Hannah has made my transition so easy! She has been so kind and helpful. The building is very well maintained. My 2 bed/2 bath unit is spacious and has beautiful finishes. I love the courtyard with the grill and the underground parking! The location is very accessible to shops, restaurants and the highway.
Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Staff is quick to respond and genuinely wants you to enjoy living here. Common areas are clean and well maintained.
