Management has continued to decline to what feels illegitimate and sketchy at most. The building continues to be unsafe as the main door does not lock properly and hasn’t been fixed in months. Maintenance has entered more than one unit without permission. Packages have been repeatedly stolen as well as bicycles from the parking garage. Including my own packages and bicycle. Had a terrible experience with this management company! The Boston Apartments are awful. Foundation Group was so negligent and my neighbors literally ruined my experience. My water heater had been broken the entirety of my lease. I’d have hot water in my bathroom for about 3-4 minutes. I had maintenance people come about 5 different times and none of them fixed it. Staff is always friendly and overall great! It feels like they have been starting to put more effort into their communication and responsiveness over the past year ish. Really great experience renting with them.
