DO NOT LIVE HERE EVER. Since no one on the team or management wants to respond to my emails i'm going to make this public. UPDATE: After repeatedly being ignored, I FINALLY received a call. During the call, they told me the $110 “Pet Deodorizer/Pet Stain Removal” charge was because they believe the carpet smelled like pet urine. Once again: I NEVER HAD A PET while living here. So how exactly they determined it was pet urine is beyond me. I also still dispute the bathroom cleaning charge because I have my own move-out photos that conflict with the condition shown in their photos. Update: In response to management’s reply below: I already reached out multiple times by email and phone before my account was sent to collections. Those emails and calls were never answered. Asking me to contact you by email now is exactly what I had been trying to do from the beginning. It’s interesting that my emails only seem to matter once everyone else can read about them. I genuinely do not recommend living at Lark Sacramento based on my experience here, especially after seeing how they’ve handled my move-out. After moving out, I noticed hundreds of dollars in cleaning/damage charges on my account that I did not agree with, so I emailed management asking for an explanation and documentation.
