You will NOT have parking if u get an open parking spot, the security only does their job when they feel like it and they always look scared of everyone, the gate is always broken, there are roaches in my appt, they constantly claim to be fixing and maintaining things when they never do, our WiFi has been out for the past near 2 years and everyone we call them they “fix” it for 2 days and it goes out again, they just removed even more parking spots, they do not listen to their residents and can be very rude, overall DO NOT M... read more
I moved into lark almost a year ago, and even though i am planning to move out at the end of my lease, this has overall been a wonderful place to live. The apartment comes with a couch, front room tv, and beds with a decent bedframe, as well as under bed storage; the bed itself is a little uncomfortable if you dislike spring mattresses so I recommend a mattress topper.
