Laneia from the Lark helped me during a really bad time earlier in February 2025. I was stuck in a bad lease with a terrible landlord which was the Wexler student apartments and last minute I was rescued by the Lark and helped with a smooth process by Laneia during a highly stressful time compared to others like Alexia who told me something different about parking but Laneia again even helped me get parking! Highly recommend!
Let’s start by saying I am beyond dissatisfied living here. I have been here for 3 months and have had numerous issues. First they got my early move in date wrong and I had to call and verify I was still able to move in because they “forgot about it”. Secondly I have a service animal and sent all paperwork 2 months before move in date. I moved and a month later I am at the pool while my dog is sleeping next to me and got harassed for over 30 minutes about having him with me.
