Hello I’m going to start off with a 4 star rating! I am reading the reviews & I’m not impressed by what I’m reading! Despite of what ppl are saying I’m interested in moving into these apartments W my 8 month old son! I’ll be calling the leasing office Monday morning! I need a clean, quiet, structured environment! I don’t want to be moved by loud neighbours, or ppl that are inconsiderate of my parking space. Staffs are nice, maintenance too. Been a tenant for 3months. They really nice study area lounge and free printing! Also they have fun events :) -Payed extra for top floor but downstairs neighbor keeps knocking their ceiling about my ordinary live noise. I don’t know how to deal with them but they don't do it as often. -The shuttle bus isn’t accurate with the time but its nice that its there. -Neighborhood is scary, always rowdy outside especially at night.
