terrible place… PARENTS dont let your children go here. Lived here 2 years ago during my undergrad. the complex is ran by Gen Z students who dont know anything outside of ChatGPT. It was infested with roaches, rats. I saw a man shot and killed by SWAT when i lived there. no parking. unsafe & THEY ALLOW NON- STUDENTS TO LIVE HERE. there would REGULARLY be 30-40 year old men (NON STUDENTS) living their for “college experience” AKA predatory. If you wanna live here. Don't. I've had multiple people have the same exact issues as myself. UPDATE: they posted the lie below, they don't do as much as they say. We followed up and still no response so this was comment was likely added as a way to seem friendly to new applicants. They will be nice upfront and on media, but as soon as you sign the lease they will drop the facade and throw you into a ditch. You will NOT have parking if u get an open parking spot, the security only does their job when they feel like it and they always look scared of everyone, the gate is always broken, there are roaches in my appt, they constantly claim to be fixing and maintaining things when they never do, our WiFi has been out for the past near 2 years and everyone we call them they “fix” it for 2 days and it goes out again, they just removed even more parking spots, they do not listen to their residents and can be very rude, overall DO NOT M... read more
