Do not live here. They do not care about their residents. They gave away our renewal offer after telling us it was still available which left my roommates and I without somewhere to live. Too many maintenance issues not only in the unit but on the property. There were multiple occasions where we were left with no running water. The stairwells were BEYOND dirty at all times. If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Lark Sacramento was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. After moving out, I received a $405 charge that I genuinely did not understand. I reached out multiple times by email and phone, asking for an explanation, requesting documentation or photos of the alleged damages, and trying to resolve the issue professionally. This apartment complex is by far the worst place I've ever lived. Throughout my time here, I've dealt with constant issues while receiving very little support from the leasing office. On top of that, I was overcharged nearly $700 over the course of seven months. The water is shut off every couple of months, and the most recent outage lasted three days.
