Happy it reopened & Imagine Dragons sounded great but I'll only see a show at The Forum if I absolutely have to. They are so unorganized it's baffling. Getting on & off the floor was so chaotic I thought it was their first day of operations. Who did the hiring? They have such rude and crass supervisors/management.
