Marvin, ably assisted by Katy, helped me rent out my condo during the darkest days of the COVID pandemic, after another agent (from another company) made a total mess of the process. Marvin and team were totally professional, patient, and provided great input in finding me a set of tenants that met my strict parameters. He helped get them approved by the condo board, while making sure all parties were apprised of the progress. Definitely recommended.
Katy did a great job helping us find a home right in the middle of a pandemic! She was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive. I would definitely work with her again in the future.
