What can I say!? Katy is just perfect! This is my first time purchasing my home and it was a very smooth process. Katy is efficient, thorough, excellent at negotiating, and is prompt to respond to email/calls. Katy is always there for me and reassured me throughout the whole process. Marvin, ably assisted by Katy, helped me rent out my condo during the darkest days of the COVID pandemic, after another agent (from another company) made a total mess of the process. Marvin and team were totally professional, patient, and provided great input in finding me a set of tenants that met my strict parameters. He helped get them approved by the condo board, while making sure all parties were apprised of the progress. Definitely recommended.
