Absolutely the best lender I've worked with in several different house-buying scenarios. The Fornerette Team is a well-staffed regional branch of a national corporation, but the personalized service and close support of a dedicated loan officer and processor makes it feel like you're working with a small, intimate organization. Michael and his team are the best, and I think Amber deserves a raise!
Michael Fornerette is Condesending, Rude, and an Elitist. He uses terms like.. 'You got no Money!" He is so Judgmental it almost makes you fell like your swimming in pond scum. Stay away.
By far the worst experience I have had with a loan officer ever. He doesn’t even return calls or answer questions himself. He has a unqualified paper pusher give you generic answers just to get you to “Have a meeting with him”. Mind you, he won’t come to you. You have to go to him. When he can’t do what you need him to do, or when he doesn’t have the right product, he blames you. He actually used terms like “You don’t got no Money” and he addresses you by your credit score.
