Experienced my first facial ever with Stephanie and she handled me with such care. I throughly enjoyed my experience at The Formula Skin Lab so much that I even brought my grandma for Mother’s Day. The membership makes it convenient to prioritize my self care on a monthly basis.
I recently spent $400.00 in total on a facial and products that I was supposed to receive and never received them. I have been waiting for two weeks. I called left a voicemail not one person has tried reaching out to me. I feel scammed. I’ve also come to terms that I will perhaps never receive the products. Definitely never going back. If you’re considering this place please look for a better option!

However, the customer service has been severely lacking on multiple occasions.. On my first visit the esthetician accidentally got some product in my eye during a treatment. I had a wonderful experience at the Formula Skin Lab. The ladies were very kind and professional. Carrie got me in and out with my Brazilian. I will be back for sure.
