Such a wonderful Med Spa! Beautiful and immaculate. The front desk is friendly and helpful. I consulted with the team on which laser would be best for treating hyperpigmentation spots. Ashley has been doing my treatments and she is wonderful. I am so happy to have found them!

Super convenient location right in bustling downtown Rye, NY with ample parking in a lot right next to the spa. Ashley, a nurse practitioner, spent a generous amount of time with me during my consult and followed through on all her commitments to give me the best requested results. Her follow up was thorough and they are very good with keeping appointments as scheduled. They are also generous with some free beauty samples! I would recommend Formula Medspa to friends for sure.
From the moment I walked in, the environment is welcoming. Being that this was my first time I was EXTREMELY anxious, had a ton of questions and was fresh off of a TikTok deep dive that did not leave me feeling confident. My practitioner Ashley was amazing. Patient as a saint. Educated me and put all my fears to rest and had the gentlest hands- I barely felt anything. I left with a great plan moving forward and can’t wait to continue with the many services this amazing establishment offers!
