Had an amazing appointment with Valerie, highly recommend her for Reiki and Reflexology
Had a TMJ massage with Daniela, loved it. I feel like my jaw, head, and neck have all been relaxed and revitalized (I struggle with tension headaches and jaw clenching at night). The environment was really calming and Daniela explained all the steps before and during the massage (great for me, who'd never had a TMJ style massage previously). I would definitely recommend Form Collective, as well as Daniela's incredible work.
Alyssa is the best
Possibly the most relaxed I've ever been in my life! My appointment with Valerie was magic from start to finish. If you're feeling sluggish, unmotivated, or just need a little self care in your life, do yourself a favour and book a reflexology session! I loved every minute of it.
