Very relaxing environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
My feet feel so relieved after a session. It’s a full relaxing experience with calming music, dancing lights and the scent of essential oils(if you wish). At the end feet are happy plus my body and mind are calm when I leave. Highly recommend Val.
Valerie is an absolute miracle of a human being. I had the Ground - Reiki & Foot Reflexology bundle and it did not disappoint. Reiki is new to me and I will be back for more. If you haven't had foot reflexology done, I highly recommend seeing Valerie! The Form Collective atmosphere is like no other in Kamloops - it's calm, quiet and gives a "time-stop" feel allowing for the highest level of relaxation. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would!
I highly recommend Daniela’s facial and buccal massage. Combine it with a warm oil scalp massage for a truly rejuvenating experience.
