The owners will screw you out of money if given the opportunity. They got rid of their personal trainers and refused to refund prepaid sessions that were unused. After cancelling my membership, they started charging me again 6 months later and refused to refund those unauthorized charges. They will change the name of the gym again too!
This is an Excellent gym and martial arts studio. I am a yoga instructor and have been a martial arts practitioner for over 10 years. Joe Wakey is a gem of a martial artist with knowledge in multiple martial arts systems. His expertise is only matched by humility. There is no ego (a rare thing these days in martial arts teachers) and his ability to teach is phenomenal for all levels. Cannot recommend him enough!
