I was handling a personal business matter for a client regarding an NFL guest at the hotel and the front desk employee refused to answer my questions. Because it is Google, I cannot use the words, but he swore at me and he also told me he didn’t care. He was busy. So to the Forrester hotel manager, you need to fire your employee immediately. We utilized The Forester for a large (20+) corporate workshop and the experience was excellent - rooms were set up with necessary A/V needs, and they had onsite help for the hiccups. The rooms were equipped with refreshments and natural light, making the day feel fresh. Thanks to the hosting team for making our experience impactful!
The rooms are really nice. Beds are comfortable if you like soft beds and down pillows (no support). The showers, however, are not so great. Feels like a trickle of water with temperatures and pressure changing throughout. Staff is super friendly.
From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, EVERY member of the staff was helpful, kind and accommodating. I have multiple examples to share… This was a two night stay for my family for medical visits and surgery for my son. Lukas made sure that after surgery a wheelchair was at the front and waiting. We were able to use it for the rest of the day and the next morning. Also, we needed two papers printed for schoolwork.
