Fantastic stay for a family wedding. Beautiful, spacious room with floor to ceiling windows. Friendly, helpful staff. Moody, avant garde, yet comfortable decor. We really enjoyed a slow morning with the superb in-room Nescafe coffee machine; it makes espresso! Never have I seen something like that in a hotel room. Several area Catholic churches made Mass on Sunday a snap. Easy drive to the beautiful Chicago Botanic Garden. The hotel is expansive enough for customer to be upset when the rooms are not clean. The floors are dirty, cleaning is not done thoroughly, they don't replenish cups and coffee. When I complained they told me I was the first one to ever complain, which is a joke because every time I stay there, the same thing happen. Next time I'll stay at the Lincolnshire. It's not spotless either, but at least it's cheaper, and the food is better.
We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was the best experience ever! Shoutout to Nick for helping us secure a suite so that my fiancé could get ready. Shout out to Kate for organizing our rehearsal dinner and glam room. We're super grateful. Thank you!!
Great place to stay. Very clean and a great restaurant with bar inside the hotel. A little pricey though.
Susie is THE BEST!!!!! She was amazing every night and genuinely made our trip so much fun!!! Such a great stay!
