Been living here for about a year and it's been great! Clean and quiet building with an awesome gym and work/study space. Big Starbucks and the Dollarama is super convenient. Direct access to the LRT station will be a big bonus once it opens up especially for the winter commute.
not reliable. Condo mgmt does not respond at all. We get charge with maintenance fee, yet they don't fix anything.. whats the point of having a maintenance fee if work is not being done properly.
The worst condo I’ve been so far … so disappointing . 1- no visitor parking , you have to pay so you guest can park their cars!!! 2- smelling garbage in parking lot and sometimes in floor hallway 3- you have pay deposit for everything , even BBQ !!!! Go can’t even go to outdoor lounge and have some fun it’s closed most of the times 4- smelly gym even if they close it everyday to clean for an hour !!!! 5 - My neighbors smoke weed constantly in their apartment and it’s disgusting ! 6- many many more ….. 10 months in… rather than handle smoking in units and the 2nd hand smoke travelling through the vents into units (health hazard)… mgmt has decided that uber eats, insta cart, and door dash can’t drop off our many bags/boxes of GROCERIES/ Food to our door… we have to go downstairs and muddle around everybody’s food and groceries in hopes that it’s ours and not pick up somebody else’s groceries because they want to listen to a few residents that complained about ppl knocking on their door… seriously?!?! The apartment are in very good locality and very spacious . The gym is functional. The building management is very helpful and response to any incident.
