I am sharing our personal experience to warn others about the management and service issues here. It has been the most frustrating condo experience we have ever had. There are several ongoing issues in this building that management has not properly addressed. One of the gym machines has been out of order for 16 days without being repaired. There was plastic found in the drinking water for an unknown period of time, which is very concerning. Although the issue has now been fixed, it is unclear how long it existed before being noticed and addressed. Moved out due to constant weed smoke on 7th floor permeating my apartment that has not been resolved for 12 months despite me complaining over 25 times. Had to wear a mask in my room. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion as a resident. • Water takes a long time to heat up from the hot water tap. • No dedicated driveway for pick-ups or drop-offs, so drivers often block the busy Bathurst/Eglinton intersection. • Management has been largely unresponsive, emails often receive no response or acknowledgment. • Cleaning crews sometimes stop elevators during morning rush hour, which causes delays. Last year, I left a very negative review during a period when maintenance issues, including repeated chiller breakdowns and extreme heat in my unit, were ongoing and incredibly frustrating. Since Tara took over management, there has been a clear and significant improvement. Maintenance response times are better, communication is more consistent, and there is noticeably more accountability. She has been doing a great job.
