The apartment is in a great location and the receptionist shivani at the front desk is very kind and friendly with great customer service.
Clean and well maintained condo building with great onsite staff!
Been living here for about a year and it's been great! Clean and quiet building with an awesome gym and work/study space. Big Starbucks and the Dollarama is super convenient. Direct access to the LRT station will be a big bonus once it opens up especially for the winter commute.
not reliable. Condo mgmt does not respond at all. We get charge with maintenance fee, yet they don't fix anything.. whats the point of having a maintenance fee if work is not being done properly.
The worst condo I’ve been so far … so disappointing . 1- no visitor parking , you have to pay so you guest can park their cars!!! 2- smelling garbage in parking lot and sometimes in floor hallway 3- you have pay deposit for everything , even BBQ !!!! Go can’t even go to outdoor lounge and have some fun it’s closed most of the times 4- smelly gym even if they close it everyday to clean for an hour !!!! 5 - My neighbors smoke weed constantly in their apartment and it’s disgusting ! 6- many many more …..
