The Foresthill Condominium is a great building. Its location near highways, access to transit from lobby and all ameneties at your door steps ! You cant go wrong wirh it! Unfortunately, there has been alot of movement of people in and out looking for cheaper places to rent and landlords lowering the rents signufucantly. Main complaint: Constant weed smoke for the past 8 months permeating my apartment that has not been resolved despite me complaining literally 20 times. I have to wear a mask in my room. It’s disgusting. PLEASE DO SOMETHING about the people who violate no-smoking building rules. There’s no point unless they’re enforced. The smoke makes me cough and have throat pain despite buying a second air purifier and turning it on full blast. I have to wear a mask in my room. It’s disgusting. Lived here for a year and a half. Started out as a nice new building unfortunately the quality of people moving in and the incompetent property management its not a good place to live.
