I live in building 1701 and the people here are very very noisy and don’t care!!!!! Apt 10 is the worse of all and nothing haas been done to change the situation in 3 months looking for another place asap !!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬can’t open my windows because of all the dog poop stinks up the house and nasty flies everywhere need to make a change or move been a true tenant for about 7/8 years quality has gone way down in this time!!! Run! This place is not worth it. When we first moved in, the community was better. As other reviews noted, the apartments weren’t quite as advertised and cleaning was not done very well before move-in, but I more or less knew what I was getting into with that so it wasn’t a huge deal. Over the past few months it has really gone downhill. The dumpster area is always a mess and so are the grounds. Excellent walk thru and detailed information from Quiana. She is A1 in her department and deserves a raise. She went out of her way to show a few different locations & was hands down the best person out of a group of others that we had appointment with. She is largely responsible for us choosing this location.
I’ve had a pleasant experience with the people in the office; they are truly amazing and made the whole process smooth and easy. They’re definitely the highlight here. However, the apartments themselves are definitely rental catfish. The community looks like a nice, basic neighborhood, but the units do not match the photos or the 3-D tour online at all.
