Run! This place is not worth it. When we first moved in, the community was better. As other reviews noted, the apartments weren’t quite as advertised and cleaning was not done very well before move-in, but I more or less knew what I was getting into with that so it wasn’t a huge deal. Excellent walk thru and detailed information from Quiana. She is A1 in her department and deserves a raise. She went out of her way to show a few different locations & was hands down the best person out of a group of others that we had appointment with. She is largely responsible for us choosing this location.
I’ve had a pleasant experience with the people in the office; they are truly amazing and made the whole process smooth and easy. They’re definitely the highlight here. However, the apartments themselves are definitely rental catfish. The community looks like a nice, basic neighborhood, but the units do not match the photos or the 3-D tour online at all. I just moved to Charlotte and my granddaughter was looking for me an apartment property near her. She found Forest at Chasewood Apts, so I called and left a message on Friday and on Monday morning, De'Andrew Davis from the property called me back. I told him what I was looking for and by Friday I was approved for an apartment. De'Andrew went above and beyond to help me get the apartment that I wanted and I will be moving into my new home in a couple of days because of the help of De'Andrew.
