Run down old apartments and have the nerve to have all these requirements to lease
I toured these over the weekend with a friend - This place is a literal dump…for the pricing, they should be ashamed. No real amenities, the grounds are covered in dog poop, they don’t have washers in units, the laundry facility on site is HORRIBLE, the overall upkeep is TERRIBLE. The dumpster was overflowing-the pool is the best part of the whole place. For $1200 this is a joke.
