I have one of the best doctors! Dr. Nabeel Ahmad has been my doctor for the past 5 yrs and he has been nothing but SPECTACULAR. He has taken care of myself, 2 children and husband. He listens and never rushes us, refers us when needed. Has even called on the weekend to give urgent results. Thanks so much for the great care!
If there were an option to provide less than one star, that would accurately reflect my experience. Unfortunately, my continued interactions with this clinic have been extremely distressing. While I have remained a patient due to the ongoing shortage of physicians in Ontario, the overall experience has been deeply unsatisfactory. one of the receptionist at the front desk, older lady tried to refuse my daughters letter from her school to request help for her autism. She was very RUDE and disrespectful! Please have staff that show some compassion, especially in this line of work.
Unclear holiday hours, I was told to call back Saturday at 9am just to get an automated line saying they were closed. Absolutely useless.
