I was completely unprepared for the level of poor service at this clinic, especially from the Doctor Nabeel Ahmed honestly, he was the worst I have ever encountered. His communication was unclear and dismissive, and I felt completely ignored during the appointment. The experience left me frustrated, confused, and extremely disappointed. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same situation. My visit to Dr. Ahmad’s clinic at Forbes Park Medical center was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a medical provider. Love my dr - not a fan of the reception system. Currently have been on hold for 16 minutes and counting - was the second caller with a 2 min wait. Not answering phones is a CONSTANT at this drs office. This morning at 9:01 am there was a 42 minute wait to get through. This is ridiculous. I have had to drive into the office and have made it from Elmira into Forbes WHILE on hold - and made appts in person (not to mention when I showed up they were chatting - oblivious to me being on hold). Forbes park medical center is a diamond in the rough. All the staff are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The place is always clean and has great parking available to take the stress away from finding parking. Dr Ahmad takes the time with his patients and has an easy going sense of humour that adds a personal experience when coming in. All the doctors in fact are accommodating. The nurse on staff is also so lovely and great with the little ones. Five starts. I fired my old doctor to be able to move to this center.
Dr. Khalil was our family Dr. For many years. Absolutely the best we've ever had. Takes his time to explain things to you. Goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable with the information he's giving you. I've never had an issue with the staff at Forbes Park. They have always been polite, kind and caring. I highly recommend Forbes Park and Dr. Khalil. Excellent place and people!
