I iniitally visited this clinc to try and catch a bunion in early stages. I saw Lester Bendix. He gave me orthotics. I eased into them according to the instructions I was given and wore them for about 6 months. I developed crippling arch pain, coincidentally right where the bulge on the orthotics was located. I went from running and climbing daily to being unable to stand for more than a few minutes or walking 2 city blocks. About a year ago, I visited this clinic for plantar fasciitis. After a brief assessment, I was prescribed custom orthotics right away. Unfortunately, after several months, not only did they fail to improve my condition, but my pain became worse. I also completed several shockwave therapy sessions without any meaningful improvement. Over time, my condition became so severe that the pain started affecting my other leg and lower back as well. After about 8–9 months, I returned to explain that my condition had worsened. I suffer from plantar faciatis. I went to the Foot Institute for treatment and orthotics. The service was A +++++. Kind, courteous, personable from the second you walk in the door. Lester, Jennifer and Jem, thank you for your amazing service! Love my orthotics!!
