I suffer from plantar faciatis. I went to the Foot Institute for treatment and orthotics. The service was A +++++. Kind, courteous, personable from the second you walk in the door. Lester, Jennifer and Jem, thank you for your amazing service! Love my orthotics!!
I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Kevin Joy and the receptionists at the Foot Institute for the amazing healthcare service they provide. My mother received treatment and follow up for her foot and I am thankful for how prompt & professional they were. A great place to seek care for all podiatry needs.
My mother has been going to this clinic for awhile, she had never had any issues until today. The administration staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Due to poor weather conditions and TTC Train signal problems she was 20 min late for her appointment, the admin staff spoke to my mother in a condescending manner, would not give her clear information on whether she would be seen by a doctor, nothing!
