New patient today and nothing but problems with their system. My insurance is active and your system says inactive. Even after phone calls, then the whole staff went into a meeting. My appointment was at 10, but got frustrated with the lack of care and left. I have a wound on a toe, obviously unimportant.

Facility extremely dirty!! Roaches everywhere. Bathroom filthy! Wish I took pics. Sorry!
I didn't care how the doctor didn't even come look at my foot. The nurse just took a pic of it with her cell phone. Staff was nice by the front desk but I did not care for that at all or the doctor couldn't come and look at it. We'll see what the MRI says. Maybe I'll come back and give a better rating later on but not satisfied right now
