Alison did some great foot mobilisation techniques which I am grateful for. However, I did feel like I was upsold custom orthotics without having the space to think it through (ie you are scanned during a foot mobilisation appt and then are told you need to pay a deposit on that day ($200) for the orthotics. It is only on that day that I realised it was actually $550 for a pair (not in the info you are given at the start) and so you feel kind of compelled to go with it.
