Closed down the office with out letting the patients know
I had a follow up appointment in colonial heights office today. Nobody called to cancel. I show up and they are closed for Thanksgiving. Then I call the line and the guy tells me they are closing the colonial heights office and he isn't sure why I havent been notified. Then tells me now I have to go all the way to west end. Very hard to get someone to answer the phone. Very disappointing. Dr. Salem seems to be a good doctor. They should add more people to answer their phone.
My service was great. I'm very happy. Everyone was so nice and friendly.
