I had an appointment scheduled for 12:30, (May 15), I came to 1040 Oliver Road, I had some difficulty finding your office and couldn’t find anyone to help me. Then when I finally found your office (inside the pharmacy), there wasn’t anyone there to help me. Was quite a disappointing experience, a suggestion for your service? Maybe put a poster at the entrance of the main building noting where you’re located, and maybe don’t accept online bookings if no one’s going to be present at the time that’s booked.
