Great personel and great service
To think I almost didn't keep this appointment! It would have been a big mistake. Dr. Chess and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. The office space is calming and peaceful. He's taken a lot of care into making the space comfortable for staff and clients. But most important, is that Dr. Chess takes time to be with you; to explain; to ask what it is you need help with, and then to ask again..."And what else?" I believe I was double-charged for a procedure, and I've called the office and their billing department multiple times. Each time, I was told that someone would get back to me, but no one ever has. I even had my insurance company call the office, but they received no answer. There is no email address to address issues.
Dr chess and his staff are always so nice and caring they make you feel like family while proving the services your needing I’ve been coming for years and intend to for my needs. One of the best doctors and staff to have.
