Had a consultation with Molly Thomson, who was very unprofessional and didn't know what she was doing. After getting an ultrasound confirming a sprained ankle, I came in to get fitted for an ankle brace. Molly Thomson put me in a brace that was 2 sizes too small. The receptionist caught the mistake when she was ringing me up for the brace. It wasn't until then that she actually gave me the right size. Not friendly, I couldn't find the place, there were no sign where its located in the building, and he wouldn't answer the phone. When i finally found it, he wasn't nice, he told me that we had to rush because i was late.
