First, I'd like to say that I LOVE the food here. The only real authentic Creole food in Atlanta. However, today is the ***THIRD*** time that I've shown up, and they've been CLOSED! I tell everyone I know about how good the food is, but when I bring friends, family, or dates here, they're closed! I checked the their hours last week. They were supposed to be open until 9 pm on Saturday. Nope! They closed at 3 pm. I'll keep trying because, again, I LOVE the food. I'm from Louisiana and want to support the business. 5pm and the restaurant was closed, I wish they updated their hours somewhere
The place was clean but muggy. The service was good and fast. Now to the food, we ordered the ooey gooey chicken and mac, and the voodoo chicken mac, both had overcooked pasta. The cheese “sauce” was bland and looked reheated in like a microwave… the cheese had separated and it was basically a puddle of oil. The voodoo sauce kinda helped but overall, not good.
