My sister and I visited Folly Beach for the first time and we stopped at the Crab Shack for lunch. Really enjoyed the experience, the food was delicious, especially the collard greens and we had the best server ever!!!!! Jessie was AWESOME!!!

Our experience at this restaurant was the worst in 50 years of eating out(I am 65). From the jump, we were told it was a 30 min wait although everyone around us was seated immediately. We had 3 young children with us, party of 6. We were finally seated when a family same size with 4 young children was given our table upon arrival, no wait. We were never provided with menus, child or regular. Upon inquiring we were told the code on table would provide us with menu upon scanning. over priced not seasoned food
We have always enjoyed coming here and we realize with the covid regulations things are different but our waitress (strawberry blonde) attitude was not very pleasant between the rude remarks and eye rolling her tip was reflected. As where the others in our party did tip her well they were also not pleased with the lack of customer service.
burger patty was very small and shrunken up. bread was stale, fries were good tho! not a great menu selection. and the flounder my husband had made his tummy feel weird. so wont be back.
